Controls must reflect the service, the information and the actual technical environment.

Purpose limitation
Client information is used only for the agreed service. Access is limited to authorised people and systems, and outputs are provided only to agreed recipients.

Human oversight
AI-assisted processes may support extraction, classification, retrieval, drafting and comparison. A named practitioner reviews material interpretations and is responsible for the final professional output.

Source traceability
Where the service relies on documentary evidence, workflows are designed to retain source references and make important findings traceable. Model-generated statements are not treated as evidence.

Data minimisation and retention
Only information necessary for the assignment should be collected. Product pages and engagement documents will state the applicable storage, retention, deletion and model-use arrangements once verified for the deployed service.

Security and confidentiality
Access controls, secure transfer, hosting, backup and incident arrangements will be described only where they have been technically verified. Specific contractual requirements can be agreed for sensitive assignments.

Limits
Outputs are not legal advice, statutory certification or a substitute for regulated professional approvals. Known evidence gaps, assumptions and material limitations are stated in the deliverable.
